TASHKENT IS HOSTING THE GEOMIN-2026 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

From September 14 to 16, 2026, Tashkent is hosting the GEOMIN-2026 international conference, bringing together representatives of geology, the mining industry, and mineral resources from 26 countries around the world.

The event is organized by the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), with the support and participation of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The main theme of GEOMIN-2026 is “Advancing Geological Exploration through Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation.” The conference has become an international platform for discussing new approaches to mineral exploration, advancing technologies, sharing professional expertise, and expanding cooperation among government institutions, geological services, industrial enterprises, academia, and technology companies.

GEOMIN-2026 brings together representatives of more than 70 organizations from 26 countries. The program features more than 100 presentations, 25 technical sessions, speeches by 34 keynote speakers, and three high-level panel discussions.

Representatives of Uzbek Geology Exploration JSC are also actively participating in the conference, presenting exhibitions showcasing the company’s services.
