Information Services: Analysis, Experience and Development

Today, at the Sevarsoy Sanatorium of the Federation of Trade Unions in Tashkent Region, we held an open dialogue with heads of information services of government bodies and organizations as part of a practical training seminar.

We discussed current challenges and priorities, including timely and clear communication with the public, cooperation with the media, preparedness for potential crisis situations, and maintaining a balance between information openness and security.

Special attention was given to the results of an analytical review of information services. The importance of open engagement with journalists and the public was emphasized.

Tomorrow, participants will discuss the effective use of artificial intelligence and digital tools for content creation, information analysis, and improving communication processes.
